About membership

The membership of EPILPA is only allowed as per eligibility criteria. Mere payment of membership doesn’t entitle the applicant to direct membership. The application for membership is discussed during the Managing Committee meeting. The applicant becomes a member of EPILPA only after the managing committee approves the application for membership.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

REFUND POLICY

To be eligible for a refund, the user of this site must not have breached any of the terms and conditions of the EPILPA Portal. EPILPA will issue a refund for the following reasons:

• The user has paid the amount by mistake and the refund of same is approved by the managing committee.
• EPILPA is unable to provide the applicant with membership to the organisation under any circumstances.

To request a refund, please contact EPILPA by emailing to info@EPILPA.org and provide the following information:

• Your name and contact information.
• The date of application.
• The order number / Proof of payment.
• The reason for your refund request.

Once EPILPA has received a refund request, the Managing Committee will review the request and if eligible will issue a refund. Refund may be issued either by online bank transfer, cheque, pay order, or any other suitable method. Refunds are typically processed within 30-45 business days.

EPILPA reserves the right to refuse a refund at its sole discretion. For example, EPILPA may refuse a refund if the user has breached any of the terms and conditions of the EPILPA Portal.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless EPILPA and its Managing Committee along with affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

JURISDICTION

The Terms and Conditions of usage shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
